Personal data we collect
When you fill in the booking form or contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we collect the following data:
• Name
• Phone number
• Email (if you provide it)
• Date, time and number of guests
• Any additional notes you want to share (allergies, celebration, preferences)
Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to manage your reservation, confirm it, and communicate with you about your visit to the restaurant. It is not used for advertising nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent when submitting the form or initiating contact through another channel (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
Recipients of the data
Your data is not shared with third parties. It is handled internally by Casabella staff in charge of reservations. Data would only be shared with public authorities when required by law.
Data retention
Data is kept only for the time strictly necessary to manage the reservation. Afterward it is deleted from our systems, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for longer.
Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:
• Access: know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct incorrect or incomplete data.
• Erasure: delete your data.
• Objection: object to processing.
• Restriction: request restricted use.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
