Market produce, timeless recipes, and long unhurried after-meals.
A century in Gràcia
L a Pubilla has been on Plaça de la Llibertat for nearly a hundred years, with a simple idea: a neighbourhood restaurant should feel like a friend's home, not a temple. The kitchen evolves, the neighbourhood too, but the time at the table doesn't.
We work with market and local produce. The menu changes with the season and the recipes always come back to the same: long stocks, good fire, and the desire to feed people.
